France takes on Malta in the first announcement for Friends or Foes

It was just announced by the PWM management that former NXT and Impact superstar Tom La Ruffa will take on Owen Blanco in a singles match at Friends or Foes on November 26th.

Tom La Ruffa brings worldwide experience and knowledge, however Owen Blanco will counter that with youth and hunger to prove himself as the top talent coming out of the PWM academy in recent years.

Both wrestlers have are around the same weight as well as having similar styles this will surely be one of the top matches of the night.
