‘The Story’ #6 : Red Scorpion

Born in Sicily but now residing in Bologna, the current Pro Wrestling Malta champion Red scorpion has been cutting his teeth in the professional wrestling scene since 2007 when he was just 17 years old. Thanks to his dedication, 12 years after his debut, Red Scorpion is one of the most important ambassadors of Italian wrestling. His success has not been only in Italy, in fact, Red Scorpion has been fighting all over Europe and international stages like Kuwait and Pakistan. In his long career, he faced WWE and international superstars like Rob Van Dam, Tajiri, Tom La Ruffa, Fabian Aichner, Chris Masters and Noam Dar.

Red scorpion made his debut in Pro Wrestling Malta’s Welcome to the Family event, facing Chris Wilson on the 27th of February 2016. As a singles wrestler in PWM, Red Scorpion faced a number of different opponents, however his biggest match in a PWM ring was when he and then champion Gianni Valletta faced off in a brutal match.  Alongside his prodigy Leon, Red scorpion has been a dominant competitor in the PWM ring. In fact, he and Leon were crowned the very first Pro Wrestling Malta tag team champions after defeating the Arrows of Hungary in the final of the tag team championships tournament. After losing the Tag Team Titles a year later to the hands of La Famiglia, Red Scorpion was revealed to be the masked man who kept tormenting Roddy for months. The two faced off at the first event of PWM in 2019 and Red Scorpion got the win over Glamorous Roddy to become the new PWM Champion. According to the champion himself, Pro Wrestling Malta has become one of his preferred organisations to showcase his skills. 

Red Scorpion has reached many important goals in his career, such as being the European Champion for more than 500 days, but he still sets goals for the future. His two main goals are: doing better and every passing day, fighting in even bigger stages and promote the very best of the italian pro wrestling in every ring possible!
