WOS Legend Marty Jones seminar in Malta

Last weekend, between Saturday and Sunday, British wrestling and WOS legend Marty Jones was in Malta to provide the PWM wrestlers with a seminar. Throughout the seminar Marty Jones took the PWM roster through a variety of conditioning drills and showed the class a number of wrestling holds that all can use in the ring.

The seminar was 4 hours long everyday and started at an early hour of 7.30, after which PWM had 2 shows organised at the Malta Tattoo Convention 2019.
