Champions Under Fire: Second II None Brace Themselves for Their Toughest Test Yet
Published: 23/06/2023
The stage is set for a battle for the ages as the PWM Tag Team Champions, Second II None, are ready to defend their titles in their toughest challenge yet. They face NXT and Impact Superstar Tom La Ruffa and a hungry Owen Blanco, who just recently toured Japan for Kyushu Pro Wrestling under the tutelage of former WWE Superstar Tajiri.
Hamez and Kyle Brooks are also fresh off their own tour of the UK, where they successfully defended the tag team championships for three different promotions. Now they look to continue their winning ways and keep their momentum going against arguably the toughest test they have faced as champions to date.
The last time Blanco and Hamez met, the Noble One was able to claim victory. However, Hamez would have the last laugh, eliminating Blanco from the PWM Championship Contender Battle Royal – something Blanco certainly has not forgotten as he seeks revenge on his rival by taking away the most precious thing he has: the PWM Tag Team Championship.

La Ruffa, on the other hand, just won the European Championship for Miti Del Wrestling in Naples, Italy, in a brutal Ironman match. The last time he was in Malta, he faced Blanco in a hard-hitting match that saw both wrestlers earn each other’s respect. Now both are looking to tie tag team gold around their waists – something Hamez and Kyle Brooks definitely will not take lightly.
